What precautions are you taking now with the corona virus?
Caryn B. Davis Photography is committed to maintaining a safe environment whether in studio or on location. Additionally, we fully comply with all regulations set forth by the business, location or property we are guests of, and all state and CDC guidelines.
Here is what we are doing.
Personal Protective Equipment:
The use of masks and disposable gloves will be used while working with clients and on location.
Social distancing / No touch:
We maintain a minimum of 6 feet social distancing on location including the use of no-touch posing methods, when working with models, and can direct any models via text or cell phone. Until further notice is received from the CDC and other health officials, the maximum gathering for a photographic shoot of 10 or fewer persons is observed.
Adherence to sanitation protocols:
Standard sanitation protocols include but not are limited to:
* Washing hands regularly before, during and after photographic sessions
* Disinfecting all photographic equipment before, during and after each session
* Disinfecting all props, chairs, benches, etc., in other words, anything we come into contact with or any furniture we moved or anything we touch
* Disinfecting common areas, including doorknobs (interior and exterior), counter tops, pens, pencils, tablets, monitors, etc.
On location protocol & other considerations:
*Meetings will be held by phone or zoom app in advance
*Locations may be scouted prior to the shoot to minimize time spent on location
*Equipment will not be shared unless absolutely necessary in which case proper social distancing, the use of disposable gloves and the use of hand sanitizer will be implemented
*Entrance and exit areas for different groups will be limited
*No physical greetings
*All crew will be required to sign a health check prior the shoot affirming they are in good health, as well as members of their household, and neither have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 *Only those who are symptom free and who do not have a temperature above 100 will work
